    Fixing flush pipe leak

    Craig had had a long day and arrived at 6.30 on a Saturday. He then spent two hours fixing the problem. I thought his type had died out but apparently, and thankfully, not. A1 service and looking after the customer. Whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough!

    Within minutes of posting job John replied. Clear pricing which was very competitive. Short wait times on availability. Stayed in communication and even able to arrive early. Diagnosed issue quickly, ordered part and returned at agreed time. Quick repair , no fuss, decent price. All round excellent. Highly recommended

    Fridge repair

    I had a problem with my fridge leaking a vast amount of water. I posted my job on check a trade and I was promptly contacted by John. I explained my problem and sent him a video of the area that it was leaking from. He agreed a call out fee and arranged a time for the following day. He arrived on time and was very professional. He identified the problem ( pin hole in the water dispenser pipe) and was able to resolve the problem immediately, just charging the call out fee. I was so impressed with his professionalism and efficiency and would highly recommend him.

We source genuine parts from nationwide service outlets across the UK and aim to return to fix your appliance in the quickest period possible.

Engineers wear company uniform and arrive with the company logo displayed across our vans.

Diagnostic / Labour charge is fixed and any part required would be an additional cost but no further charge to return to fit it. Diagnostic labor charge is warranted for a 30-day period, any part supplied and fitted by us carry a warranty of 12 months.

An invoice and company card are left on every visit with customers
