We recently had John replace our boiler and heating system, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood the process and how to use the new setup. John arrived right on time and got straight to work, handling the job with zero fuss. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive, and we are beyond happy with the result. We cant recommend JD Heating highly enough. John was very friendly and professional and even went the extra mile in programming our Hive system, which was not expected of him. He also installed a new toilet for us and moving forward, we would never use any one else.

I emailed John in the morning, by lunchtime he had replied. He came at approx 1600 hours. He assessed the leak, went to collect the part and fixed it there and then.

John is always punctual, friendly and does a good job without fuss or mess. We know we can always rely on him and would recommend to others.

John was a recommendation from a trusted friend for whom he'd recently worked. Had a cooker delivered (by AO ) after installation cooker protruded so far into the kitchen was impossible to open kitchen cupboards. John came within a couple of days of my phoning him: he was polite, courteous, tidy, and very efficient. He also quoted me a reasonable amount and was able to complete the job in less than one and half hours.

Another repeat job John fitted a new pressurised water tank which has greatly improved our water pressure. Also fitted a new shower bath, taps and shower, tidy pipework, very pleased.
