  Electric up and over garage doors

  Although the initial works (including one door and all the electrical installation) was completed as discussed, one of the doors had to be sent back twice by my contractor as they had dents in them. When they did get the final door it was speedily attached. Our contractor went through all the procedures in case of electrical failure and showed us how to operate the doors, without rushing through things. He was happy to go over anything we were not sure about. Very courteous and polite contractor who I would definitely use again.

  installation of electric garage door

  James was very quick to temporarily fix my broken garage door before ordering my new electric door. He warned me that might have to wait for approx 4 weeks for manufacture. He phoned me two weeks later saying the door was ready and that he could fit it the next day at 1030. true to his word he was here at 1030 and started work. he explained what he was going to do and started work straight away aided by a colleague. job was completed by approx 1500. He swept up all waste leaving everywhere tidy. He gave me explicit instructions on usage. I would highly recommend James.

  Electric garage door not working.

  I spoke to James on the phone, telling him what the problem was. He immediately identified the problem and told me how I could repair this problem myself. James talked me through it and indeed, the garage door now works like a dream. No call out fee and excellent service.

  Roller garage door not working

  James responded very quickly to my request and came the next day . Replaced the brackets very quickly which had broken and in addition found the motor needed replacing . Didn’t have one but got one brought across very quickly . Kept me informed about what was happening and the cost .
