I had a problem with the lock on my door. Joseph immediately got in touch, and managed to fix the issue the morning after I requested his services. Great service, communication and would definitely recommend!

Very quick and responsive. Had my keys stolen but Joe came within an hour or so and provided a new lock and new keys, would defo recommend!

Called Joe this morning and explained what was wrong with my Composite Door. He told me he would be there between certain times and was true to his word. His pricing was very fair and reasonable and was very professional and explained exactly what the problem was as well as having the parts with him to fix and complete the job and also correcting any other issues with the door. I’ve had two faulty lock issues, a key not turning on the front door and the back door locked shut. I have called Joe on both occasions and been impressed with his professionalism and how quickly he has resolved the issues. I would highly recommend him and it’s been a great peace of mind to have the home secure again.
