Repairing failed boiler control system
10Verified ReviewOur boiler failed to fire up so we lost hot water and heating. I contacted James late in the day and he happened to be attending what should have been his last job of the day in a nearby town. He offered to call in after this job and he arrived at about 6.30 pm. He clearly knew what he was doing and with no "humming and haring" quickly identified the fault. Fortunately he had a replacement part on his van, fitted it and restarted the system. All done in about half an hour. The very best of service!

10Verified ReviewFirst time putting the heating on before the real cold weather sets in and lucky we did….. no heating from our boiler. Phoned the JK team and they was kind enough to come late one evening after work to diagnose what was happening. Once getting the boiler case off and testing a few bits James managed to diagnose a faulty part and could order its replacement to get us back up and running. Very prompt, polite and professional service and nice to see someone try and diagnose a issue rather than just say “needs a new boiler” Will be using the JK team again for sure!

We established ourselves in 2006 to be a recommendation & repeat business company & are pleased to say that we have maintained this idea for many years now.
