Replaced our standing boiler with a combi, beautiful tidy work and no fuss, also had to replace all of the upstairs heating pipework from old fashioned system and done with minimal disruption. Excellent quality workmanship, v good value for money.

Rang in the morning, availability within 2hr window in the afternoon. Costs (very reasonable) were clearly explained upfront. Job completed to my satisfaction and ensuring confidence in only 30mins. Polite and professional. Allayed my concerns about being ripped off. Fair price for good job, punctually completed.

We have had various members of the team and it's safe to say your in trusted hands. They work to a very high standard protecting the area they work in and make sure its all neat when job is completed. The knowledge and advice they give is second to none, not just someone trying to make a quick buck (which I have experienced). No hot water. Messaged JLM at 9.15 and engineer arrived about 11. Went to get new part - job done! Up and working again by 1.00pm.

Danny and Georgie attended to help me after a waterfall occurred from our toilet cistern pipe. It was quickly resolved by their installation of a new pipe. I can't thank Danny and Georgie enough. So Polite, helpful and great workmanship. Big thank you to Rachel who arranged their visit. I am disabled so carrying a bucket of water to flush was not an option. If you are in need of a plumber make JLM your first call. Great company and lovely to see them investing in the future with a young apprentice.

Following up our boiler installation, the waste pipe the condenser drains into was found to be completely blocked with cooking fat (not from us!). John cleared everything out and made sure the waste water from bathroom and kitchen was flowing freely. Another good job!
