J Norris were very professional and carried out the work required to disconnect an old double oven and the connection a new double oven. Circuit tested before connection and also found the RCBO was overrated at 40 Amps so this was changed for the correct RCBO of 32Amps. Job completed on time and on budget. Clean and tidy workmanship. Would recommend.

John is an outstanding electrician to work with. He worked so hard on my home, communicated everything, along with Sam in the office, clearly with me throughout, and was totally professional. He was very patient with me, a slightly nervous first time buyer, and explained every step of the job clearly. He worked fast and efficiently and was remarkably clean and tidy. Indeed he did such a good job the plasterer also commented on what a lovely job he'd done. Cant thank him enough and thoroughly recommend him.
