  Johnny responded to my phone call very quickly and came out to look at the problem within 40 minutes of me contacting him. He was very thorough and managed to fix the problem straight away. His manner was friendly and approachable, so I felt able during the visit to ask if he would also tighten the taps in the kitchen and bathroom. He did this for me during his visit. He left everywhere very tidy, and the price charged represented excellent value for money. I won't hesitate to use JPT Property Services again.

• Replacement toilet and Pipe

  Johnny was extremely responsive to my call for help with a leaky toilet. This unfortunately proved to be a far more complicated issue involving vermin in the pipework. He was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job in assisting with the issue, finally resulting in a new working toilet. Also an old pipe connected to the system needed replacing needless to say it was carried out  very efficiently and at a fair price. Johnny goes above and beyond to help you and is always friendly and professional in his approach. Highly recommended

  John was very professional about getting the jobs done. He initially came to look at the problem, temporarily fixed the issue, and returned a few days later with all the new parts to permanently fix the issues. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done. Highly recommend.

  Arrived on time, recommend a replacement without trying to upscale the parts. Was able to do there and then and replaced the tap and cleaned up after, all in good time. Would definitely recommend.

• Shower leak

  Fantastic service. I contacted Johnny in the evening about a leaking shower and he came the next day at the time he said he would. Really responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and gave advice on keeping the shower clear of limescale as well. I would definitely recommend and use Johnny again.
