    John got back to me straight away (very late on a Sunday night) and booked the job in for the Tuesday as I was without a washing machine. It was fixed there and then. Even though it needed a new heater John had one and fixed it within an hour of arriving. Very happy indeed

    John phoned as soon as I placed the enquiry- very helpful and warned the possible problem as certain parts not available for such an old machine. He was right and although the machine was terminal I would def use John again.

    John is an absolute star and I would recommend him 100%. I had to change my washing machine door, the inside glass had been broken. John came and we both realised the spare piece was the wrong one. John helped me find the correct model to order. He then came back again few days later once I received the replacement. He was very polite, tidy and did the job in no time, even testing the machine to ensure there was no hidden surprise. Excellent job!
