Excellent work, good communication

He cured a long-standing leak in an outside wall. He insulated the loft. He stabilised the roof of an oast house. He repaired and re-leaded the valley gutter on the house roof. He was extremely efficient and his time keeping was impeccable. The quality of work is good and in three months none of the jobs he has done has proven to be inadequate. Jamie is friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him.

Jamie has done work for us on many occasions before (reviews are listed), much of it for larger projects than this. We had a problem with the roof that required investigation and then remediation to the guttering and sealing a valley. Jamie sorted for us in a timely and helpful manner.

All work carried out with care and efficiently with good explanation of work carried out. Our property is a listed building and Jamie knows a great deal about appropriate repair and maintenance and is able to advise accordingly.

It was so good to be able to use someone who is not only local, but also, very, very reliable, tidy and knowledgeable. The work they carried out was impossible to estimate as it was hidden out of sight, but they provided a detailed note of hours worked and materials provided which we could easily check against our own records.
