    Repair of flat roofs, valleys and ridge tiles

    Jordan has now carried out several roofing repairs for us, each professionally and to a very high standard. These involved replacement of three layers of bitumen felt with hot tar bitumen bonding, replacement of loose or broken slates and the repointing of ridge tiles. On each occasion Jordan explained very clearly and accurately the nature of the problem, together with the work that would be required. He supplied accurate, written quotations and carried out the work promptly, swiftly and tidily, removing all the waste. I would definitely re employ Jordan and his very helpful team.

    Reroofing bay window

    Jordan quoted for the work quickly, explaining what the problem was and what needed doing following a terrible job by a previous roofer. The finished result is excellent and was finished within the quoted timescales and budget. The team was polite, friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend both for the quality of the work and as someone I would trust to be clear about what work needs doing and not expand the task and costs once started.

    Gutter replacement

    Jordan and Rodney braved the elements to completely replace old defected white guttering and downpipes, wipe down UPVC fascia and soffit boards and install new black round UPVC guttering and down pipes. They have made a superb job and because of their experience and expertise made it look so simple.

    Replacement flat roof to resolve a leak

    We spent a lot of time vetting tradesmen to replace our flat roof and got varying different ideas and prices. From first meeting Jordan his relaxed and unassuming nature, coupled with a confident understand of the issue, convinced us he was the right person for the job. The weather caused some delays with starting however he kept us informed every day, provided pictures and promptly answered questions. He efficiently organsied the whole job from start to finish and the quality of the work is very good. Without hestiation we would highly recommend Jordan and Rodney for any roof work you need.

    Replacement of garage flat roof and house guttering

    Jordan did a fantastic job, replacing both the flat roof on my garage and the guttering at the back of my house. He was prompt with quoting and always arrived on time. He kept me fully informed, including when he found more work was needed than predicted, sending photos of the issue and checking I was happy before he proceeded. The work was completed to an excellent standard and my property was left tidy. He was always willing to go the extra mile.

    Flat roof refurbished and leak sorted

    Flat roof replaced and perspex dome replaced with double glazed roof window. Flat roof insulated and boards replaced. Guttering replaced and cladding boards added to hide unsightly structural boards. Reason for leak on different flat roof diagnosed and sorted. No more rain on electrics is good! Helpful advice before and during job, Excellent job, good communication, very professional and friendly. Would recommend.

    Jordan and his team did an excellent job in replacing old flat roof over extension. Work was done to a high standard, on time and to budget and everything cleared away. Also replaced old guttering and downpipes again with work being done efficiently and on time. Communicated clearly during the whole process. Overall an excellent service and would recommend
