John and his team were amazing from start to finish. Visited and quoted very quickly, given a fair start date from initial quote with no delay with accurate 8-10 week timeframe. Full width rear extension with small first floor extension and wall taken out to create an extra bedroom. Downstairs was knocked through for open plan kitchen/diner leading into new extension to rear to bifold doors onto patio. Builders were prompt every morning and swept up daily after the shift. John was knowledgeable and able to tidy up any issues with literally anything. Would recommend and use again in the future

JA Renovations turned what felt like a daunting first house renovation into a stress-free experience and helped me create a proper home. I took on a big project and quickly realised I didn’t have the time or skills for things like damp proofing, chimney work, knocking down walls, full house skimming, stair banisters, and roof repairs. John and his team were great from the start, professional, efficient, and tidy throughout. With it being a 1910s house, issues came up along the way, but nothing was ever a problem to fix. Clear quotes, no pushy sales. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new roof so Spoke to John , received a quote and a date and time he could come round. Turned up on the day, worked diligently and professionally.. He talked us through each stage of the job, and let us know how things were proceeding. Completed the full roof in 3 days. Both John and Tom were professional at all times, and completed a lovely job with no issues, both answered our questions when we had some. I would fully recommend this company for all and any work.. because of the work carried out, I have asked them to do more work on the house. Thanks guys

John and his team opened up the kitchen and dinning room, converted half the garage into a utility room and renovated the downstairs toilet including chasing in pipes and plastering. The work was done to a great standard, in the time John said (few weeks set back waiting for flooring to arrive, not John’s responsibility), on budget and to building regulations.
