Conservatory Installation

Installation of conservatory warm roof
Shocking workmanship, not installed as per manufacturer instructions (advised it wouldn't pass building regulations), no acknowledgement and acceptance of this though did evetually make good (though sub contracted this work out to another company who spotted yet another fault with the installation!!). Flashing not chased Into wall correctly, poor plaster work, using porous materials (silicone) to join the roof tiles where they should be no joins. When roof developed another leak did not respond to our communications, one month on, 6 emails later still no response. Do not use this company!

Installation of 21 new windows and 1 solid and 3 half-glazed doors in our Suffolk cottage
We were told it would take 6 days. It took a month. The surveyor made a mistake measuring the garage windows and the wrong sort of glass was ordered for the half-glazed doors, so all had to be reordered, taking three weeks to come. The garage windows were boarded up during that time. Our complaints were met with platitudes about how the way they dealt with problems was the key to their success. The way they dealt with ours was to apologise and carry on. There was no reduction in the bill. I paid in full 10 days ago and am still waiting for a receipt. The work itself is excellent.

2 aluminium windows
2 aluminium windows fitted with minimum fuss and very little damage to the surrounds. Excellent job. Some years ago Jarrolds fitted aluminium sliding patio doors for us. This too was skilfully done.

Bay window replaced with sliding sash windows.
Jarrolds have completed an excellent job again! A bay window replaced with sliding sash windows to a very high standard. We are really pleased and will return to them again for our next jobs! Thank you.
