Very efficient from enquiry to finish. The engineer kept me informed of arrival so Ididn’t need to take a day off. He sorted the problem within half an hour. Very nice chap I was pleasantly suprised at the cost of the job I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again

A fantastic service from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the visit the following day, there was clear communication and Ian turned up punctually and diagnosed the fault within minutes. He was able to fix the problem there and then and checked everything thoroughly.

This company is what services used to be like. When you phone them you get to speak to a person, not a machine. They let you know well in advance what time they will visit and clearly explain the cost. Then they keep to the time stated. Text message 15-20 minutes warning of arrival. Courteous and professional engineer. A small family business that know how to treat customers. I would highly recommend to anyone who has problems with their cookers.
