Called JCS to see if they could help as I had water coming through my ceiling. James came out and sorted it out. my boiler had spring a leak, he was very helpful and explained everything to me. I am very grateful and it's a pleasure that there is still some trades men out there that do take pride in their work. well done and thank you

We were off hot water & heating. The guys turned up quickly Very courteous & professional Did the repair ( new part). Showed me the old part. Boiler fully serviced & working. Received a service certificate within 24 hours. Reasonable price. Thank you for your help. We will use this company again, without doubt.

James turned up on time. Was very friendly and explained every thing he was doing. Was very tidy and did some very neat brass piping. Very good job and at a reasonable price. All the rubbish was taken away the same day.

Due to the severe cold weather the pipe on my outside tap burst. I had to turn the water off and therefore had no water to the house. I spoke with James and he arranged for one of his team to attend that afternoon. He gave me a rough idea of time and then followed up with a message to say on way. The job didn't take long to fix. I was very grateful that someone was able to come out at short notice. Very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to use the company again or recommend to others.
