Unlike other companies who have tried to fix our gate, he actually got to the bottom of it by spending ages to determine what the issue was and not a quick patch up job. This included hours of work in the rain! Not out to make a quick buck - he clearly is passionate about his work and although we had a minor glitch the day after completion he came straight from the airport to fix the issue and make sure we were happy!! 100% recommended. Also doesn't do your head in with endless cups of tea and mindless chatter ??????
