Jerrard and his colleague removed our old boiler & water tanks and installed a complete new system with boiler. They were very polite and worked hard to complete the job as quickly & tidily as possible. We then had significant building work done with plumbing by another plumber. A worrying loud rattle developed shortly after in our pipes that could not be found until Jerrard came and spent time working out what was causing it and after months fixed it - thanks Jerrard! Occasionally he can be hard to get hold of initially but I think that is his answering service so try again and he will reply.

Jericos are an excellent plumbing company, i'm super impressed by the quality of their work, their problem solving and their overall work ethic. Jerrard provided really some valuable insights throughout the project at my property, worked flexibly, patiently and had a proactive approach to problem solving when required. All of the work was completed to a very high standard and they went the extra mile to ensure that nothing was left to chance. I am left with the impression that they take their work very personally which make them lovely people to work with, I highly recommend them.
