  We recently moved into a new build house and had issues with our cloakroom toilet constantly blocking. We called JLH and spoke to John and they attended the next day without any call-out charges. Not only did they get the job done but Alan who attended explained everything to me in detail and in a layman’s terms so I could understand the problem. JLH are simply the best in what they do. Their customer service is so on point and Alan was extremely polite and explained everything to me.

  JLM Drains arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment to do the job. The underground drainage pipe was damaged and required a liner to be fitted, They were polite and explained the process and completed the work proptly in spite of the rainy weather.

Although we did not proceed with the property purchase and subsequently, the works, I would certainly recommend JLH drains based on how he assisted on the quote. • Blocked outside toilet

  I had JLH out to clear a blockage in an outside toilet. They were very communicative, very punctual, polite, and above all did a great job. They talked me through the questions I had - the outside toilet is very old and quite rare these days, so learning about it was very useful. Also gave me pointers about a potential extension we're considering, and how we'd need to deal with drains from our property and our neighbours. Extremely positive experience. Would definitely use agin, and would recommend.
