Cleared blockage in sewer to resolve blocked toilet
The problem was ultimately identified and cleared. I have a problem with the following- I found the plumber was inexperienced and took too long to identify the problem, as a result the problem took over 5 hours to resolve (finished 11 pm). Job not completed. I spent 1 hour removing sewerage from our front garden, and 3 hours clearing sewerage and debris from an open drain in our back garden. At no point did the customer have any problems until following day when he emailed with some questions which I replied to later that evening. Call was at daytime rate and it was raining, my engineer is very good and experienced but due to manhole buried 2ft under earth and shrubbery the job was more difficult. I felt we couldn't have done any more and we didn't charge for an additional engineer, even though it needed three of us. The blockage itself was the size of a baby heavy build-up of fat, baby wipes and roots. The customer could've called if there was any mess left which he cleaned himself. I know my engineer would've cleaned up because he is very clean besides if I had any problems with contractors you automatically would call them the following day. We would have returned to clean for the customer. I am very disappointed with this feedback as we couldn't have been any more thorough and the customer is now not answering my calls and not returning my emails. Maybe the tenant of the property only had a problem when landlord questioned costs. I don't know if this is the case but I am very disappointed people are like this.

New boiler installed.
