The team at John Williams completed a new boiler installation, replacing the existing boiler and also fixing a number of issues from the previous install. As with any major installation there are discoveries on the job that require a rethink and alternative approach. The team discussed options and then presented the viable ones to myself, which worked out the best one. Our install now looks a lot tidier than the previous boiler and issues that existed have been cleared. From the start of cleansing the system to switching it all on we felt in safe and experienced hands.

We have used John Williams for (possibly) 30 years. We have always found helpful, experienced engineers, who could tell us what was possible and the opposite. We appreciate reminders for annual service and how they try to save us time and money by combining works.

I have been a customer for the past nine years of John Williams Heating Services Ltd. The ladies who are in the office are very helpful and understanding of an urgent call, resulting in a quick call out. All the engineers that I have had to service my boiler or do emergency repairs have all been very polite, caring about the property like removing their shoes. They have all been trained to a high standard as it doesn’t take long to rectify any problem.

Having recently moved to a listed property that needed work on the heating system we sought and received the services of John Williams Heating. The service received from the owners, technicians and administrative staff has been outstanding. Initially they repaired the main boiler and last week we had a new combi boiler fitted to an annex. The technicians who conducted these works and the team who installed the boiler were exceptional. We full recommend this company.

I have used this Heating Company for many years. 4 year's ago they installed a new gas boiler and other works. I had been using them many years before that for gas servicing. I have always been very happy with their work because it has always been carried out to a high standard, their cost's are fair and offer very good value for money.
