10Verified ReviewWe needed to replace an old alarm system. After researching and getting quotes, we finally chose JTS Alarm System Ltd to fit our alarm. The engineer, who is also part owner, arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was very friendly and helpful and fitted the system efficiently. Besides explaining how to use the alarm, he also took his time to explain the technical details. There was no disruption to our home and he worked tidily. We are very pleased with our new system, which is easy to use and provides the security that we wanted.
