Rafal and his colleague did an excellent job on repairing my UPVC door, it was not a standard multilock on the door (to modern standards) and parts had to be ordered. The job entailed. A new multilock, Hinges, Cylinder barrel, all installed with a tight and secure fit. I learnt from Rafal that he has worked on the shop floor making said item, so it gives you a view at his in-depth knowledge of the industry.
