I've used K2 since i moved in '24 - initially i was having trouble with boiler pressure and hot water. Kieran was really good & helped sort out the filling loop so that im able to adjust it myself now. He's always been really honest with me - when we worked out that I really needed to flush the whole system because it was so old, unfortunately we both felt there was a leak so would be a risk. He advised i get a leak detection company in who found a leak under the floor. It was under concrete so Kieran advised I redirect the pipes. They did a great job, looks fab - promising extra warmth!

I dealt with Kieran, who was friendly, helpful, and polite. He sourced a part for my heating and called out on time within the time agreed. A most pleasant experience and very reasonable charge. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Outstanding service from Kerion from start to finish. We had a serious leak on Christmas Day with water coming through the ceiling.
