It was a very cold day and our heating system failed. We had visitors arriving for the weekend and it was a Friday. I called KBB and explained the problem. This was just after mid-day. The company showed empathy and said they would be with asap. Later that day Ben arrived. Identified the the problem and dashed off to get the part before the store shut. He returned and the heating was back on. We have used this company a few times now. Always polite and extremely efficient. Their word is their bond.Totally trustworthy. !00% recommendation. From the first call to the job completion. Perfect.

The toilet was constantly flushing and the thermostat for the boiler was no longer communicating with it. Ben obtained a new thermostat advising us of the price in advance and one that is easy to programme as we requested. The part for the toilet was also obtained. Both are now working well. We are repeat customers and have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Lee.

Ben and his guys did a fantastic job on what was a tricky installation on a top floor flat. No fuss, very professional and polite. I cannot recommend KBB Plumbing highly enough.
