10 Repair/re-pointing of chimney stack

Small intermittent leak in loft at site of chimney stack. Ken checked rear and side gutters of stack on the roof - fortunately they did not need replacing. Ken discussed proposed remedial work with me which was to re-point some brickwork and re-seal chimney pots. This was done efficiently and site left neat and tidy.
