Took my van here for a simple Aircon gas refill ( thought that was the issue ) , it was not tested properly , they went ahead Nd did this …realised the next day in a horrendous heat wave this was still not working . Took the van down, to be told to come back a week later . ( poor service at that point) That cost me £110. A week later went down again…then was told it was the ac condenser had gone faulty with a whopping quote of £370. I didn’t go through with as the total would have been £480. So trusting there word to bought a brand new condenser , re-gas and fit all in £260 somewhere else, ye

Excellent customer care, friendly staff and they genuinely care about their customers. Would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be going back if I need a mechanic in the future. I was well and truly looked after.

Krause Autos was amazing from start to finish. They collected my car in the morning and returned it in the evening. They communicated with me throughout the day and patiently answered my many questions! Will definitely use again

10/10. Booked an MOT and service with car collection. They even gave me a discount as I hadn't driven far enough for the spark plugs to need replacing.

Have been using Krause for a while now and they have always been great. I had an idea of the problem due to having it previously (on a different area of the car), and thanks to the guys taking the time to tell me about it last time, I knew the problem this time. Always pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.
