I requested a quote for a smart lock, received a message asking me if I had the lock so call them, was told by the lady someone would call me so requested for me to be passed into the technician but she refused though I told her I was elderly and cannot always hear the phone. I call this nasty!

We were contacted by the customer regarding a smart lock, quite often in these cases people have already bought them.
However, she hadn’t and I was arranging for a call back from my shop manager.
The customer then called me again, because, I could not answer her questions immediately she started shouting down the phone and then dropped the phone on me.
The customer then rang me today at 14.30 and asked to be put through to my shop manager, I explained that I was unable to do this as my telephone system does not work that way. Once again she started shouting at me continuously until she dropped the phone on me.
I have been doing this job for 27 years and it’s the first time I have ever been called nasty.
