  KDR professionals were courteous and promptly hands-on. They were eager to start working on fixing the leaks. When asked for a quote before stating the job it was given very quickly. Hired them to fix leaks and also hired them to service the boiler and water tank. Happy with the job so far.

  Within a minute of placing Checkatrade request Kirk had phoned. Gave a quote and agreed to visit at my request in 2 weeks time. Rang next day to confirm time and date and said he had an available slot within an hour. Change of visit agreed. Turned up 10 minutes later, completed job, two weeks early. Very friendly tidy, stuck to quote and left me very happy. Cheaper by far compared with other quotes as well. Good on you, would definately recommend on all fronts.

• Test and service boiler in 3 bedroom house, Essex.

  Choose this company due to the number of positive reviews. #1 Date 1pm 1st September 2023. Engineer (Kirk) turned up and for some reason there was an argument with the key holder! Boiler NOT serviced and paid the call-out charge. Rescheduled. #2 Date 11:30 am 8th September 2023. A different key holder. Same engineer turned up took one look at the downstairs fire, said "it is a Back Boiler, I Don't do back boilers". This process cost me money, more importantly cost time (3 weeks) and poor customer experience. Not happy with the 1st company Happy with the second company used.
