This relatively small job was required to be done in two stages which, mainly because of the 'Covid effect' on the availability of other interacting trades, became a somewhat drawn out process; yet I was never hassled for payment, either upfront or even during the long gap between stages. The completed work is to the standard and accuracy I required.

Our kitchen floor was very uneven, but Ken did a great job of levelling it ready for tiling. The floor tiling was superbly done around our new kitchen units and the walls were also tiled very neatly. He gave us a choice of colour for grout to either match or contrast the tiles and of the trim. He arrived punctually, was pleasant and left the kitchen as tidy as possible each day. We chose Ken as we had used him before and would highly recommend him as we are delighted with the finish.

Ken was one of the few people that responded to my request for tiling work to be done. He is reasonably priced and took the time to discuss the job. He also took left over tiles back to the shop for me. He did a good job.

A beautiful job done on time. He also gave sensible advice on which tiles to choose. I recommend using him.
