Hire this company, they are the best! They cleared my parents’ house ahead of its sale. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, they are professional and very accommodating. They also took the time to assess items that could be recycled or sold at auction, and we were genuinely delighted to receive money back, which was deducted from our final bill. That was an unexpected bonus and a reflection of their honesty and integrity. They handled everything with genuine care, patience, and respect. I’ve used them since, and there our go to company for ever more.

We have recently experienced exceptional service from an extremely hard working team from Kent Property Clearance, they were capable, polite and good humoured throughout 3 days of clearing in high temperatures and high humidity. Good communication; turned up within a few hours; clears away pile of flooded carpet/laminate flooring. Swept area and left it cleaner than it was before we piled the carpet on the front paving… Highly recommend.
