    John laid block paving with great precision. Excellent standard of work and application to detail fantastic. Inserted new drainage. Levelled garden and laid sleepers as edging and gravel. Professional, good timekeeping. Well priced and offered advice. Delighted with work and happy to recommend.

    Johnworked incredibly hard and with great skill to pave over a large area of boggy lawn, to give us a more attractive and practical back garden area. He completed the job in a matter of days and left the place so tidy you would hardly have known he'd been. We are thrilled with the result, much of which was based on John's advice about colour and patterns, and we were also more than happy with his prices, which beat two competing landscaping companies by several thousand of pounds. We will certaainly be asking him back to make more improvements to the front of our house in the near future.

    John was bullish, sometimes outwardly rude and intimidating. Dumped the excavated soil and other rubbish on our neighbour’s lawn. Later, this escalated into a much bigger issue. Failed to adhere to what was discussed and reconfirmed in writing. We ended up with wrong height of the fence posts and wrong size of the doorstep. Halfway through unexpectedly demanded a deposit. Be warned. We noticed chipped bricks with some bits strategically put on top to mask the damage. Later the rain washed off the substance (cement?) that was used to cover a huge hole in a paving block. John ignores our emails
