    Poor communication and phone manner

    We posted a job spec and Keytek tagged it as “interested” in doing the work. However, on calling them they didn’t ask for details and said they didn’t perform that sort of work on that sort of door, despite it being very clear in the job spec what the nature of the door was. Clearly they just tag everything as “interested” regardless, which is a waste of our and their time. Tone and attitude on the phone was very poor throughout.
