  Excellent service, good price

  New combi boiler installed, Matthew turned up on agreed day and undertook the work to a highly professional standard. Due to house layout it was not a straightforward installation but he found a solution. We thought it was a very fair price for the job. Our last boiler from this company was installed over 20 years ago and it was still working

  Highly recommended

  We've used KGN for years for our own heating system, so they were the obvious choice when we needed an inspection at our daughter's new house. Matthew did this very professionally, at short notice. As the house purchase completed, KGN coped admirably with the inevitable changes to appointment dates. When the day finally arrived, Matthew was there, on time and his usual cheery self, and undertook the change of boiler and removal of the immersion heater and header tanks in the loft. Work was carried out to the highest standard, with everything left clean and tidy. I recommend them very highly,

  Professional, reliable and trustworthy

  Matt fitted a new combi boiler and attended to an unexpected gas leak at our property recently. Matt has fitted 3 boilers in 2 different properties over the last 20 years. He's trust worthy, professional, reliable and true to his word. Never, have we had any added costs to his quotes unless as recently there is an unexpected emergency. Matt, has a great manner and cleans up after his work. He takes pride in his work and knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him and will personally continue to use his services. Excellent professional service.

  100% recommend.

  Matt did a fantastic job replacing our old boiler along with pipe fitting etc. He was friendly, accommodating and very professional. He also went the extra mile for us and replaced a leaking radiator valve which was in an awkward place and didn't ask for a penny more. Very fair price too, would highly recommend to anybody.
