We are thrilled with our new carpets and could not have asked for a better level of service. We were unsure about colour and ended up with a last minute change, but Paul was simply helpful and gave solid and practical advice. And the fitting team of Scott and Rory were excellent

The entire experience in dealing with Kimber Carpet store in New Milton has been first class. We were given expert advice from the courteous staff within the store regarding our carpet selection and final choice. Our carpets were fitted by Ben and Gordon who were a pleasure to have in our home. The carpets have been fitted to a high standard, they were unbelievably helpful and worked nonstop to complete the work.

Used this company before. Poor workmanship and poor after care Had to replace the a new door fitters took door off and broken the bottom corner of the door then try to move the door to another area of the house with other doors and try to hit it Still waiting for payment for the cost of it

We have used Kimbers in the past and as before from dealing with Paul in the showroom, Andrew the estimator and Martin the fitter, all aspects of the work have been professional and of the highest of standards.

We had carpet fitted to five bedrooms and landing & staircase. We also had LVT flooring fitted in two bathrooms. The work was scheduled over three days so that we could organise ourselves around the work. The fitters were friendly and extremely helpful, moving some heavy furniture clear of their work. The entire upstairs looks great and feels very cosy underfoot. We were pleased with the price for all this work. Happy to recommend.
