exemplary service
The engineer arrived early but rang up in advance to ask if this was OK. I thought the original quote was steep for what I expected to be a simple job but in fact it took rather longer and the engineer took the opportunity to deal with some other niggles I had about the stove and to clean the outside of it thoroughly. His visit took over an hour but he declined any further payment saying he was committed to the quote. The only complaint I would have about the company is that I was given no bill at the time and it has taken two reminders to get one - a fault on the right sideJob location: N810 Washing Machine Repair
