  • Lantern roof repair

    I’ve got a lot time for Neil and he found the time to fix our leaking roof lantern back in March. With the unseasonable weather, it was Neil again we turned to, as another similar leak occurred. Neil was very courteous, came promptly and fixed the leak, which was unrelated to the first. He explained all the technical ins and outs of why it was leaking, eloquently and with a diagram.He also refused to take payment! A top bloke, who likes a chat and a decent cuppa! Highly recommended.

    Neil is everything you look for in a tradesperson! Our UPVC window wouldn’t lock so I emailed Neil with a request for a quote. He replied on the same day and then rang to ask if he could pop round to assess the situation. Very quickly he identified that the issue was caused by grit stuck in parts of the frame. He lubricated a few sections and recommended a product that would prevent the issue from recurring. When we asked how much we owed Neil for his time he said he had done it for free! Neil was friendly, professional and trustworthy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
