    A swift and smooth process from start to finish which I cannot fault, Following a survey of my house a date was agreed for the works and this date was kept. Scaffolding was erected 48hr before the planned works. The insulation was installed by two guys who were punctual tidy and very respectful of my house. In addition to laying down protective matting on the first day my property was left clean and tidy every evening. The quality of the work seems excellent and I'm a very happy customer.

    All work was done professionallly and on time. The installer (sorry did not get his name) was very polite and worked in the hot weather with no complaint, don't know how he managed for the nine hours plus he was working. We supplied him with drink all day. Very satisfied with the work though noisy with the extraction which we were told when we ordered the work.

    My cavity wall insulation definitely needed a boost. As Kooka's quick camera scan showed. My terraced 2-up, 2-down took only a couple of hours, and was very straight-forward. Cheerful, efficient, 'invisible mending! And I'm already noticing the benefit, just a week on. Recommended.
