Absolutely loving our air con installed by Kool Touch LTD during this heat wave! The bedroom unit installed in the eves of the 3rd floor bedroom is heavenly and very aesthetic. I would recommend it to all. Richard, you were worth the wait!

I found Kool Touch Ltd through online search as the company is based in Aylesbury where i live. I was hesitant at first since i did not find Richard through a recommendation from a friend but lo and behold he is a genuine AC supplier. Richard and Ben installed 4 multi-split ac units in our house. They delivered the work professionally and always came early (8 am sharp). No fuss during the process and left our home clean and tidy. We are happy with their service plus they are really nice and polite people. Thank you for your service and excellent job!!

Highly recommend Kool Touch for anything air con related! Richard has been amazing since first contact. All work looks amazing and you can tell richard takes pride in what he does. House has been left spotless and he made sure we understood how everything worked. To top it off it was all priced very fairly and our 3 unit multi split is already proving worth it for cooling and will make a nice difference in our heating at winter too. Richard has been great to deal with from quotation to fitting my AC unit. Richard came highly recommended to me from Amy hairdresser. I’m really pleased with my AC unit and honestly now couldn’t work without it in those hot summer months. Richard was really knowledgable as we discussed different options of AC units. I had new carpet put down and was concerned this may get dirty with footfall but Richard came prepared and had bought carpet protectors. Overall highly recommended Richard for your AC unit.

Overall Richard did a superb job. Everything was left very neat and tidy and with very little disruption. Richard left the house exceptionally clean with no dust or dirt anywhere. Very impressed with his work.

We found Richard at Kool Touch when we needed to replace another vendor who would not stand by his quote when the full house remodel started. Richard found us a solution at the price point we wanted. We replaced all the radiators with individually controllable units in each room that provide heat or AC. Richard installed 13 units plus 3 outside master units. Our general contractor told us Richard was much better than previous vendor because Richard immediately spotted and understood the tricky parts of the rebuild and knew how to get the installation done right. The end result is great!
