Alan arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently unblocked the very unpleasant blocked drain! I thought his charge was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone with blocked drains.

I phoned Alan a couple of days ago about a smell in the bathroom. We discussed the fitments and he suggested a few things to try. Unfortunately they did not work. I phoned Alan back yesterday and he came to my property this morning. After doing a thorough check Alan felt the problem was outside the property. He he lifted the manhole cover up we could both see the problem. Alan kindly talked me through the next steps. He provided the number l needed to raise a case.
