We had our carbon monoxide alarm go off, Lewis was quick to visit the house and advise on works needed to be carried out. A replacement boiler was needed, Lewis checked the property to make sure it was safe for us to be in, capping off gas supply until the boiler could be replaced. Replacement was done in reasonable time, Lewis and his apprentice worked well, cleaned any debris from installation and left me confident the house was safe to be in.

Hot water and heating restored within 48 hours . Lewis the plumber and the trainee came round diagnosed quoted and fitted a new boiler in 48 hours . The price was good ‘he arrived on time for the fitting 8 am . The work was done to a high quality . He tidied up and took away the old boiler and parts . Full explanation and demonstration of the upgraded model thermostat explained to me . Works lovely , Thank you Lewis would recommend 100%

Absolutely fantastic. Contacted on a Thursday morning as boiler had stopped working. Was at the house within the hour, talked through options and quoted for a replacement boiler with a Hive fitted. Compared with others and couldn’t beat quote. Everything sorted within a couple of days, friendly and polite service, answered all questioned, would recommend to all.

Lewis and the team fitted us a new boiler after ours gave up, Lewis was efficient hard working and kept us up to date on all parts of the works being complete, can’t recommend them high enough..
