Lee came by to take some photos on a Monday, saying I'd have a quote via email by the weekend. No quote was received. I gave it another week then called (no answer) and texted a follow up, with no response. I called a few days later from a different phone and he answered and when I asked about the quote so we could get started, he asked what the quote was. I explained that he hadn't yet emailed me. He hung up and wouldn't answer. I dodged a bullet.

The work was carried out efficiently and I was informed in advance of the possibility of extra costs if the tiles turned out to be asbestos. The team were courteous, friendly and tidied up completely after finishing. I would certainly recommend this firm.

Lee and his team did a brilliant job at a great price. They accommodated some additional work and I cannot fault the quality of the workmanship. I would highly recommend.
