It excelled our expectations. We do contacted Len when we had been let down by someone else and was blessing in disguise he understood what we wanted to achieve, he gave us ideas and solutions. His workers were a pleasure to have around and very considerate. They also left the place immaculate at the end of the day. We couldn't be happier and I couldn't visualise quite how it would all work but astounded by finished result. Very reasonable too. They were a very professional team with impeccable standards.

Did a brilliant job. Communication was excellent, everyone was very hardworking, and went out of their way to minimise any disruption. The work progressed at a brisk pace, and we are delighted with the finished job which has been completed to a really high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Len and team have been a pleasure to work with . Real effort was made to minimise the disruption to our family life during the build . Without question Len’ s “can do “ attitude was a real point of positivism and he gave us confidence throughout. The management of the build appeared very efficient with very little time when nothing was happening. We have been very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Len and his team.

After receiving a recommendation from a neighbour we booked Len after a couple of site visits and competitive quote. Throughout the project Len and the team were brilliant, not only completing the job on time and in budget, but they were also flexible with changes to the plan and additional work as part of an ongoing renovation. They were also understanding of our living needs as the extension meant knocking through into the main living areas. Totally trustworthy and we are currently looking for him and the team to undertake some further work. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Len has always been helpful and informative and provides accurate estimates. All work completed to a high standard and within a realistic time frame. No issues at all and would definitely recommend.
