Yes the scores are high, however I disagree entirely about the site visit, as it would have made no difference to the outcome of the job
It was removal of 2 concrete bases where you specified the depth of them both (50mm & 100mm), and obviously once we started breaking them out, it quickly became clear that the smaller base was actually 100mm-200mm in places, and the larger base was in fact newer concrete encased around thick reinforcement mesh
There would have been no way to predict this even with a site visit
The customer was not charged any extra costs
