Boiler service, as part of membership plan. Ray, the friendly, diligent engineer carried out a really thorough test checking out every aspect of the boiler and its connected parts including the outside vent. A few days later we received a really detailed report of the work carried out and the condition of each relevent part. Very impressive. Have been a Lazard member for the past 3 years and have always received great service with the comforting knowledge that emergency help is on hand at the end of the phone.

Ray came to do our Gas Boiler service which he has always serviced. Ray is very polite and considerate and a clean and respectful worker. We have always used Lazard for our boiler service
