      Excellent experience. The booking process was quick and easy, Letty was always accessible over the phone. The guys came on time and were incredibly fast - we had 3 hours booked in and they were finished in under an hour. They were also very friendly and accommodating, happy to take boxes we hadn't listed in our inventory. The cost is much lower than all the other quotes we got. Highly recommend.

      Leaders are excellent - the best I have ever used and I have used some of the bigger and more expensive companies and moved several times over the last 15 years. They are polite, respectful and very nice people - from Kal in the office to the removal teams. They have an excellent method and think about what they are doing. They are trustworthy and hard working. I would recommend to anyone and I would use again. I moved from Surrey to Gloucestershire and it was seamless, even with access problems at the other end. Thanks team!

      They were on time, quick to pack but also careful. We had a very heavy sofa bed to go upstairs and they warned before that they may get some dirt marks on the wall which I said was fine given the weight and size of the sofa and in the end they didn't leave any marks! They were friendly and took initiative about where things would probably go. Overall, fantastic.
