Thought Den and the guys were brilliant. Punctual, hard working and each different person turned up exactly when promised (plasterer/plumber/electrician etc). Loft conversion
We have used Leadway before so they were our first choice for these works and offered a very competitive quote. The work was commenced on time and completed to schedule and at the price quoted (except for some minor additions), The team arrived promptly every day, were very polite and accommodating and cleaned up at the end of each day. The whole job was completed to an exceptional standard and we have no hesitation in recommending Leadway for any project. Two storey side, loft extension, single storey rear extension and full interior refurbishment
Leadway did a fantastic job in building our new house to programme and budget. You always worry that undertaking such a big project that you could end up with a cowboy builder or have problems. We were so pleased we chose Leadway Developments, they take a lot of the stress away by the friendly, punctual, open and easy way in which they operate. Loft conversion

House Extension
