EICR found numerous faults with many ‘potentially dangerous’. Incomplete work delayed kitchen install. Terrible housekeeping, slow pace. Paid 95% of original estimate for unfinished job. Later demanded almost 2.5 times original estimate. Refuses to itemise work performed. Repeatedly threatened legal action for more payment. Tried to prevent other contractor rectifying/completing electrical work. Withheld warranties. CCTV paid in full but took 4 months to complete. Withheld warranty as leverage for more payments. Referred to Trading Standards. Submitted complaint to regulatory body NICEIC.

Quote was provided promptly for a reasonable price. Work was carried out on time, neatly and tidily.
