Competent service, but significantly overpriced. I was charged £470 (inc. VAT) to replace a PRV and expansion vessel on an unvented cylinder — a relatively straightforward job that took around 90 minutes. The parts involved are readily available for under £100, which effectively leaves around £370 attributed to labour. That equates to an implied hourly rate of close to £250! I queried the invoice and was told the business does not operate on an hourly rate model. In fairness, the final invoice did match the prior estimate (though an estimate is not the same as a fixed, binding quote).

Chris has been our plumber for a while now and we decided to have a complete new bathroom fitted. It was quite a big job but Chris worked with us to ensure we got it just how we wanted it, offered advice on fixtures and fittings. We trust him so felt happy going away while the work was completed and came home to an amazing new bathroom. We are both absolutely thrilled with it, the workmanship and attention to detail is first class. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Thank you to both Chris and Sam, you’ve done an amazing job.

First boiler service on the new boiler fitted by Sam last year, as always both Sam and Chris are super efficient and reliable, have used LPH for several years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I discovered a leak from my boiler on a Sunday. I contacted Chris & he replied within minutes, stating he thought it was probably the inlet valve. On the Tuesday he turned up, correctly diagnosed the problem & explained why the part had failed just through normal use over the past 10 years. He completed the work in about 20 minutes.

I've used this company many times over the years, they are like magic. Always a fantastic service. I wouldn't use anybody else!

Sam arrived on time to replace two radiators. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption. Highly recommended service.
