• Demolition of an old 1950s pre-fabricated garage

  Karl was great. He and his mate Ollie came with all the necessary equipment and they worked super hard to get the building down and in the skip in less time than anticipated. They also fixed a few boards to my old wood store free of charge to make it watertight.

  Karl and his team did a great job with our first floor extension. The team were working exclusively on the job throughout with total focus. They arrived every morning before 8 and worked Saturdays when they felt it necessary to get the job done to their timeframe. The quality of work was outstanding, particularly Karl’s carpentry work. The project was complicated and required some real problem solving skills. Karl’s team were always organised and tidy and took real care to avoid mess and dust which was important given that we have young kids. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

  They have done it again! Having renovated my bathrooms, when the kitchen came up for renewal there was only one choice for me - Litchfield Spires. The team was punctual, responsive and worked so hard to make a room that is a delight to be in! The floor which Karl laid himself is to die for. Karl advised on the way to lay the tiles to foreshorten the kitchen. So if you want a reliable company to deliver your building project, on time and as agreed, you should look no further than Litchfield Spires. Genuinely, a pleasant team to have around and you'll be confident of a fantastic result.

  Karl and the team were professional, respectful, reliable and hard working. They were always on time, regularly doing 6 day weeks to get the job done. They were unobtrusive, had great attention to detail, were self sufficient and kept us updated throughout. The work was excellently finished and any issues with building control were handled quickly and with a "can do" approach. Really reccomend Lichfield Spires.
