Andrew quoted separately for parts and labour. The quote for parts was a single figure and did not itemise the actual parts. Work was completed satisfactorily and on schedule. However, my trust and respect for Andrew was totally destroyed when I looked at the online price of the parts he used. In short, he charged me £479 for parts I could purchase for less than £150. When I contacted him about this, he said the cost of parts "reflect the parts, labour, and expertise", which is clearly not true as labour was quoted separately. I feel cheated! If you use him get itemised parts quote & check

Andrew arrived at time promised. Very friendly and nice to chat to. Installed the light and disconnected the door bell efficiently and quickly. I have arranged with him for some extra electrical jobs. Proof enough!!
